CEP VISION

Our vision is to become the leading centre of excellence in Sub-Saharan Africa in the design, development, management, implementation, evaluation and growth of health and wellness interventions in vulnerable and underserved mobile populations.

CEP Purpose

Our purpose is to design, develop, deliver and expand quality people centred preventative healthcare services for individuals, families and communities to improve their health and well-being.

SERVICES

  • Condom use education and distribution.
  • STI screening diagnosing, treatment and education.
  • HIV awareness, information, education, counselling and testing.
  • Referrals to appropriate service providers for ART as well as HIV and AIDS treatment and care.
  • TB awareness, information, education, screening and referrals for treatment and care.
  • Malaria awareness, information, education, screening and referrals for treatment and care.
  • Screening tests for blood pressure, blood sugar, blood cholesterol and body mass index.
  • Diagnosis, treatment, care and support of primary health problems or concerns.

CEP GOALS

• To design, implement, manage, improve and expand integrated HIV, TB and STI prevention services for underserved populations in the Road Freight Industry in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• To reduce the burden of HIV and TB in underserved communities across Sub-Saharan Africa by fostering collaborative partnerships that enable equitable access to comprehensive, integrated treatment, care, and support services.
• To increase access to integrated holistic primary healthcare services focusing on key health priorities through prevention, treatment and care of non-communicable disease for underserved populations in the Road Freight Industry in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• To design, implement, monitor, improve and scale patient centred holistic primary healthcare services that are evidence-based and aligned with country specific protocols for maximum positive outcomes.
• To create efficient systems and processes based on sound business principles that leads to agile and sustainable responses to specific and complex health needs and risks of vulnerable and underserved populations.
